Membership Principles

1. Our Curation & Delivery Promise

  • We believe in the beauty of intention. Each month, we curate exclusive fiber samples and partner with independent designers to bring you a unique project experience.

  • The Schedule: Our monthly enrollment and cancellation cut-off is the 20th of the month.

  • Shipment: Your kit will be dispatched on the 26th of the month via flat-pack letterbox delivery by Royal Mail. 

  • Consistency: If you join after the 20th, your membership begins with the following month’s curation, ensuring you receive the full experience.

2. Membership Flexibility

  • You are in control of your creative journey.

  • Managing Your Membership: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • Cycle Timing: To ensure we can accurately forecast our inventory with the Natural Fibre Company and prepare our indie designer collaborations, please process any changes by the 20th. Requests made after the 20th will take effect for the following billing cycle.

3. Our Commitment to Quality

  • We stand by the quality of our fibers.

  • Damaged Items: While we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your kit arrives damaged or if a component is missing, please reach out to us at hello@palettepurl.com within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or credit to ensure your project remains on track.

  • Cooling-Off Period: We respect your rights as a consumer. If you wish to cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, please contact us at hello@palettepurl.com.

4. The "Project Funnel" Community

  • Your subscription is your gateway to our full-kit collections. By maintaining your membership, you secure priority access to the featured designer patterns and the specific yarn yardage required to bring your samples to life.​

5. The Sweater Kit Safety Net

  • Sweater Kits come with a top-up guarantee. Run short near the finish line and we’ll send a 5g top-up, free of charge — one per kit. Just share your dye lot and shade, and we’ll match it and get it out to you, subject to availability >>> Request a Topup
