Spun from Romney sheep living in Cornwall, this 5-ply worsted yarn yields a crisp, lean finish with exceptional stitch definition—perfect for making the textured and stranded details pop. The unique construction locks the fibres together to block out coastal chills and softens the handle of the local wool.

Tin Can Cosy Sweater

The Tin Can Cosy Sweater DK edition is a top-down circular yoke sweater with a sardine colour work motif.

The sweater is knit seamlessly from the top down, starting with the collar and short rows to shape the neckline. You then move into the colourwork yoke, where increases are cleverly integrated alongside the fish design. After the motif is complete, optional short rows can be added for a better fit before splitting the yoke into the body and sleeves, which are knit to your desired length.

You’ll need roughly 3 skeins of main colour for an XS, up to 8 for a 5XL, plus 1 skein of contrast colour in every size
